Yllw accelerates Nordic expansion with acquisition in Denmark

March 13, 2026

Yllw has acquired Danish interior workplace specialist Martela Best Workplaces (Dauphin Scandinavia A/S), marking an important step in its ambition to build the leading Nordic platform for circular interior solutions. The acquisition strengthens Yllw’s presence in Denmark and supports its continued expansion across the region.

Founded in 2021 by Axel Söderberg, Yllw has grown from zero to SEK 580 million in revenue by 2025 and operates across Denmark, Finland, Norway and Sweden. The company has built a scalable end-to-end platform for interiors, combining premium design, procurement, project delivery, refurbishment, reuse and lifecycle services. A core part of the offering is Yllw’s subscription-based interior model, enabling flexible, circular and capital-efficient solutions for clients and architects. Yllw is part of NGLM Group in Sweden.

Since January 2026, Yllw has established operations in Denmark under the leadership of Managing Partner Andreas Orebo Wenzel. Through the acquisition of Martela Best Workplaces, the combined Danish team expands local delivery capacity, interior project management and deepens partnerships with architects and enterprise clients. Martela Best Workplaces also brings a strong track record of delivering large and complex workplace projects, with proven capabilities in managing multi-stakeholder environments and end-to-end project execution for major corporate clients.

“This is about combining people, expertise and platforms to deliver smarter, more sustainable and more impactful solutions for clients and architects,” says Mille Milehem, CEO of Yllw.

As part of the transaction, founder and CEO Anders Baastrup joins Yllw as Senior Partner together with his team.

“Denmark is an important market for us, and together with Anders and his team we are strengthening our ability to create long-term value,” says Andreas Orebro Wenzel, Managing Partner.

“Joining Yllw gives us access to broader capabilities and a stronger platform to serve our clients,” says Anders Baastrup. “We can now offer a complete solution – without compromising on quality, design or sustainability.”

The acquisition supports Yllw’s strategy to grow through partnerships with entrepreneurs who build long-term value and positions the company for continued expansion across the Nordic market.
