We have built a fully vertically integrated design powerhouse that provides the entire platform for brands and creatives from different disciplines — be it fashion, art, or design — to collaborate and make design available at scale.
To realize our vision of becoming world leaders in design, NGLM Group must innovate across the entire value chain — from design and production to new sales channels, core technologies and services, incentive structures, marketing channels, and retail experiences. The group excels in both creating new design and building new brands, as well as reinvigorating existing brands. The group is design-led but multidisciplinary, with a strong cultural foundation in its approach.
The group consists of five distinct business verticals: Furniture Brands, Retail & E-commerce, Project Sales, Marketing, and Services, each vertical playing an integral part in completing the entire value chain. All companies within each vertical are part of a larger vision to become world leaders in design, and each fills a specific function in achieving that vision.
Each company or brand speaks independently to its own audience, and each company is independently managed to ensure total ownership and uninterrupted growth. At its core, NGLM is a community of creatives, entrepreneurs, and changemakers who share the same vision of bringing design to the forefront of popular culture.

Decentralized Entrepreneurship is about decentralized ownership and management, enabling changemakers and entrepreneurs to relentlessly challenge the status quo, make local decisions based on deep customer knowledge, and innovate in their respective roles to bring about radical change.
